Real Estate Photography
$200 to shoot Exterior and 5-10 rooms - 21-25 images.
$250 - Exterior plus 11-15 rooms / 26-30 images
$300 - Exterior plus 15-20 rooms / 31-40 images
Additional Services:
Twilight - 1 Exterior twilight image - $50.00
Drone - 4-5 Aerial Photos - $150
Prices include professional post processing.
Low resolution images will be available immediately upon final edit for download on a web page provided. Full resolution images will be delivered via dropbox, email or other method of your choice.
Portrait Session
(Typically 60 min) - $150 - Typical session, ideal for birthdays, holidays, graduation, or anything else you can think of.
Will include multiple looks. Includes 2 professionally edited full resolution image files suitable for printing
Headshot / Mini-Session
(Typically 30 min) – $100 - Ideal for actors/actresses/models/ musicians/etc. who need a professional head shot or one professional portrait look.
Includes 1 professionally edited full resolution image file suitable for printing.
Pet Session
(Typically 30 min) – $100. For one pet.
Includes 2 professionally edited full resolution image files suitable for printing.
Family Session
(Typically 90 min) - $200 - Same as portrait session but includes any situation where there are combinations of 3 or more people being photographed.
This typically takes longer and requires additional setup. Includes 3 professionally edited full resolution image files suitable for printing
All sessions include:
- Your choice of location, either outdoors or in my studio space
- All professionally edited low-resolution image files suitable for sharing on the web or social media. These will be provided on a web page for you to view and download.
- At least 1 full resolution image (possibly more as indicated above) suitable for printing. Additional full resolution professionally edited images available at $16.49 per file. Full resolution images will be delivered via digital download, email or other method of your choice.
Event (Non-Wedding) – $200 per hour - Coverage of the entire event. Includes all professionally edited low-resolution images suitable for sharing on the web or social media.
Includes 10 professionally edited full resolution images suitable for printing.
Additional full resolution professionally edited images available at $16.49 per file.
Full resolution images will be delivered via digital download, email or other method of your choice. Travel over 30 min. will incur additional travel fees.
